Parts, Parts & More Parts.
| Keep all your parts organized on the worksite or in bench stock with the TREY Small Parts Organizer. Use this dust free, portable small parts organizer for rivets, wire ties and terminals, nuts, bolts, electronic components, or whatever. Use an empty TREY to make it easy to organize a remove-repair-replace job. Or with two available sizes and your choice of flexible compartment layouts, you can customize a TREY Parts Kit for nearly all of your assembly or service call applications. |

Your choice of three compartment layouts. |
WORK SMART - WORK SAFE
• Three Ways to Parts Control
BEFORE, DURING, and AFTER ANY TASK
Use your imagination to set up a parts kit for any job! With our traditional 8 compartment layout, and TI-2 inserts, you can set up each TREY with anywhere between 8 and 16 individual compartments. Or, with the new 2 compartment TREY, and your choice of TI-1 or
TI-2 insert dividers, you can now set up the interior layout of the TREY in any compartment configuration you like for each task! The insert dividers give you maximum flexibility to customize your parts kit for any current... or future job.
• See-Through Compartment Covers
Each one spring loaded. Lets you view what's needed—but keeps the part where it belongs until it is needed.
• Convenient Access
Each compartment opens easily and is sized for easy finger entry with a curved bottom for quick parts removal.
• Stackable
Set up the kits you need, label the compartments if desired, and stack 'em!
• Cut Down Foreign Object Damage, Inadvertent Pilferage, and Waste!
With the Trey, your days of shirt pocket or zip lock bag parts storage and transport are over. The parts stay in the Trey where they belong— and don't accidentally go home at night into the garage coffee can. And with the individual compartments labeled properly, if a part was removed but unused, it can be easily returned to its exact spot in the kit... instead of going into the miscellaneous parts barrel.
• Your Choice of Two Grades of Material
Like the protection of solvent resistant material? Go for SRUC models. These tough units are constructed from durable polypropylene—for use in conditions requiring upgraded physical impact strength and resistance to solvents or other chemicals.
But if the job calls for material that can stand up to just about anything your environment may throw at it... you need the "EXTREME TREY." The ET model EXTREME TREYS are molded from ThermoPlastic Rubber—our top of the line! This material is used in applications such as: motor mounts, truck bumpers, hammer handles, weather stripping, gaskets, seals, fuel lines, wire insulation, welding cables, and cart wheels. All these jobs demand a top notch material that can stand up to abuse. Both lab tests and field experience have shown TPR can withstand exposure to aviation jet fuels, hydraulic fluids, MEK, skytrol, gasoline, oils and grease. Heat, cold, UV's, and even accidental abuse like being dropped—ET TREYS handle both environmental and physical punishment!
If you need the best...
get it with The Extreme Trey.
Remember—no matter which material or layout you need for the job—the TREY is designed, fabricated, and assembled for industrial strength duty with the professional technician in mind.
GET IT ALL TOGETHER—
WITH THE TREY.
A Letter from a TREY Customer
The FOD (parts trays) boxes that we ordered from your company are very handy and useful as you can see from the picture. This TREY is set up for use as a Cherry 4-1 to 4-8, and is clearly marked as such. We use them as hardware and small parts storage for transportation out to the work areas, i.e. Cherry Max rivets, HUCK rivets, solid A.D. rivets, monel rivets, etc. Each bin is identified as a given size for that range of rivets kept in any one tray. Example: one tray is labeled Cherry Max and it contains eight different lengths of that particular size rivet, 4-2 to 4-9. In the Electrical/Avionics side, we have small screws, nuts and washers, small grommets, wire splices and crimps etc., in trays. In the Mechanical side they have common hardware assorted in those trays.
This very time saving device assists our mechanics by allowing them to have the necessary hardware on hand, at the site, with spill control so that no mishaps occur that could create a FOD situation. There is a given amount of hardware in the trays, which makes it easy to keep track of. Mechanics no longer waste valuable time by making trips to the hardware bins each time they need a different size or style of hardware needed to complete a task.
